Subscriptions
fall due on 31 May annually.
Renewal
notices are posted annually to all financial members in April together with the
notice for the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual Subscription at this time is $50.00 inc GST.
Each
member is provided with a membership badge and a guest ticket which will be
posted to the address registered with the Club by mid-September annually. Badges
must be worn by each member and his/her guest at the race meeting.
Memberships
not renewed by the given date lapse and can only be reactivated by payment of
the new member Application Fee as well as the outstanding Annual Subscription. The Board may allow a period of grace until 30 June
for subscriptions to be paid. First year members and
lapsed members seeking to reactivate a lapsed membership are also required to
pay the Application Fee of $55.00 inclusive of GST.
