Showcase your Business at the Bong Bong Picnic Races

Each race at the Bong Bong Cup Race Meeting is sponsored. Full details of the sponsorship packages available can be obtained from the Club’s Wyeera Pavilion at the racecourse on Kangaloon Rd., Bowral.

What Sponsorship Means for the Sponsor

• Bong Bong sponsors have the opportunity to showcase themselves at a unique and entertaining event in the pre-Christmas calendar, where no less than 5000 people will be aware of the VIP status of the sponsor and their guests. 
• Bong Bong sponsors have the opportunity to entertain 100 of their special clients and business partners at this historic picnic race meeting.
• Bong Bong sponsors have the opportunity of naming rights on the race program and will feature in the presentation ceremony for their particular race.
  

Other benefits offered in the Sponsorship Package:

• One full-page advertisement in the race book.
• 100 Guest passes.
• A marquee in the premier location equipped with tables and chairs for 100 people.
• Framed photograph of your race presentation.
• 50 race books and pens.
  

Sponsorship Opportunities - Existing sponsors are invited to continue their support and are given first opportunity to reserve their race prior to end of April each year. After that date, sponsorship is granted to the first applicant to complete the agreement forms and pay a holding deposit.

Races and anticipated costs are:

Race 1 Maiden Handicap 1000m - $12,000.00 + GST

Race 2 Class D Handicap 1000m - $12,000.00 + GST

Race 3 Class 3 Handicap 1200m - $12,000.00 + GST (taken)

Race 4 Wyeera Flying 1200m - $15,000.00 + GST

Race 5 Bong Bong Cup 1560m - $25,000.00 + GST (taken)

Race 6 Maiden Handicap 1560m - $12,000.00 + GST (taken)
